Warranty Policy

One-Year Warranty for Frame and Fabric

Golden Marquees & Structures Ltd offers a one-year limited warranty from the date of invoice covering the frame and fabric of all products purchased directly from us.

Replacement times may vary depending on product availability. Replacement items will be shipped where applicable.

Warranty Eligibility

To qualify for warranty support, please email the following:

• Photos taken at the time of installation to confirm correct assembly
• A current photo of the product
• A copy of your invoice or proof of purchase

Send all documentation to info@goldengroupltd.com. Warranty eligibility will be confirmed upon review.

Shipping Damage

Golden Marquees & Structures Ltd will cover damage that occurs during shipping.

If your product is defective, damaged, or missing components at delivery, please contact us at info@goldengroupltd.com.

Depending on the issue, we may provide a replacement of the same value, repair the product, or supply missing parts.

Warranty Returns

Warranty-related return requests must be initiated within 30 days of purchase.

To be eligible:

• The product must be unused
• The product must be in the same condition as received
• The product must be in its original packaging
• Proof of purchase must be provided

What Is Not Covered

• Products purchased at auction
• Products not installed according to provided instructions
• Third-party labour or installation costs
• Damage caused by environmental or natural events, including high winds, flooding, snow, debris, or fire
• Damage resulting from misuse, modification, negligence, vandalism, or improper maintenance
• Normal wear and tear
• Fabric wear due to incorrect installation of covers or doors
• Injury to individuals or damage to contents within the shelter
