Refund and Cancellation Policy
This Refund and Cancellation Policy explains how Golden Marquees & Structures Ltd handles order cancellations, returns, refunds, exchanges, and return shipping.
Cancellation
Golden Marquees & Structures Ltd does not consider an order to be placed until payment has been made and funds have cleared.
If a customer wishes to cancel an order before receiving it, a cancellation fee may apply due to the high-value and made-to-order nature of the products. Where applicable, this will be clearly communicated and included in the terms and conditions provided with the invoice.
Returns
Within 14 Days
Customers are entitled to return goods for a full refund within 14 days of receipt, without providing a reason.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since purchase, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition as received.
- The item must not have been altered or repaired by the customer.
- The item must be in its original packaging.
After 14 Days
If a return is requested after 14 days, an explanation must be provided along with photographs showing either that:
- The item has not been used, or
- The item is faulty or cannot be used.
The item must also be in its original packaging.
Faulty Goods
If goods are found to be faulty due to a manufacturing issue, Golden Marquees & Structures Ltd may offer a replacement of the same value where possible, a discounted upgrade, or a full refund.
Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. We will also confirm whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original method of payment within 14 days of receiving the goods.
Partial Refunds
In some circumstances, only a partial refund may be granted where applicable.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not yet received your refund:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card provider.
- Contact your bank, as processing times may vary.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.
Exchanges

Shipping Returns
Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs. These costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as Golden Marquees & Structures Ltd cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
