These Terms and Conditions govern the use of this website and the sale and hire of products and equipment by Golden Marquees & Structures Ltd. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Terms of Sale
Prices exclude insurance, which remains the responsibility of the buyer. All items are professional equipment intended for commercial use or resale.
Sales are final and cannot be revoked without the consent of both parties. Payment of a deposit or full payment constitutes acceptance of these terms.
Preparation and transportation may be arranged by Golden Marquees & Structures Ltd on behalf of the customer; however, we accept no responsibility for delays relating to parts, repairs, or transport.
Unless otherwise agreed, all equipment must be paid in full prior to preparation and release for collection or delivery.
Equipment Hire Terms
Where equipment is provided on a hire basis, the following terms apply in addition to all other applicable Terms and Conditions.
Ownership
All hired equipment remains the property of Golden Marquees & Structures Ltd at all times. The customer is granted a limited right to use the equipment for the agreed hire period only.
Hire Period
The hire period will be agreed in advance and will commence from the point of delivery or installation and continue until the equipment is collected by Golden Marquees & Structures Ltd.
Any extension to the hire period must be agreed in advance. Additional charges may apply where collection is delayed or access is not available at the agreed time.
Delivery, Installation and Collection
Golden Marquees & Structures Ltd will deliver and install hired equipment at the agreed location. Collection will be arranged at the end of the hire period.
The customer is responsible for ensuring that:
- Safe and suitable access is available for delivery and collection
- The site is adequately prepared and suitable for installation
- Required permissions or consents (if applicable) have been obtained
Failed or delayed delivery or collection due to site conditions or lack of access may result in additional charges.
Risk and Responsibility
Responsibility for the equipment passes to the customer upon delivery or installation and remains with the customer until it is collected by Golden Marquees & Structures Ltd.
The customer is responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to the equipment during the hire period, regardless of cause.
Maintenance and Damage
The customer must take reasonable care of the equipment during the hire period and notify Golden Marquees & Structures Ltd immediately of any damage or issue.
Golden Marquees & Structures Ltd reserves the right to charge for repair, replacement, or cleaning where equipment is returned in a condition beyond fair wear and tear.
Termination
Golden Marquees & Structures Ltd reserves the right to terminate the hire agreement and recover equipment at any time where these terms are breached or payment obligations are not met.
Limitation of Liability (Hire)
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Golden Marquees & Structures Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the hire or use of equipment, including loss of business, revenue, or event disruption.
Shipping and Delivery
Golden Marquees & Structures Ltd offers the following delivery options:
- Collection: By appointment from our premises
- Republic of Ireland: Delivery quoted separately
- UK (Northern Ireland, England, Scotland, Wales): Standard delivery charge of £170 (subject to adjustment where required)
Delivery is limited to the regions listed above. We do not currently ship outside these areas.
We aim to fulfil deliveries as efficiently as possible. Customers will be kept informed and notified when goods have been dispatched.
Delivery Charges
Delivery charges are subject to change where additional requirements arise. We reserve the right not to fulfil an order if delivery becomes commercially unviable.
In such cases, customers will be offered the option to proceed or receive a full refund.
Purchasing Through Our Site
Golden Marquees & Structures Ltd reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its discretion. Any payments made will be refunded in full where applicable.

- Payment by phone
Orders will not be processed until payment has cleared.
